“We seek a scholar whose teaching and research are located in the interdisciplinary field of Gender and Women’s Studies who specializes in Black Feminisms in the United States and/or African diaspora and/or Global Black Feminisms with a focus on one or more of the following: Black feminist theory; AfroLatinx/Afrolatine diaspora; or Afrolatine Studies.” Required: “Ph.D. (in hand or expected by August 2024) in Gender, Sexuality, and/or Women’s Studies, LGBTQ+/Queer/Transgender Studies, Anthropology, Political Science, Sociology, or Geography or related interdisciplinary and intersectional fields such as, but not limited to, Africana, Ethnic, Indigenous, Latin American, Latine/Latinx Studies, American, Environmental, or Urban Studies.”
