“We seek applicants who bring to their teaching and research an intersectional lens focused on issues of race, gender, sexuality, gender identity, ethnicity, and class in the US. The area of specialization is open, but we are especially interested in candidates who hold an interdisciplinary Ph.D. (e.g. in African American Studies, American Studies, Women’s and Gender Studies, Feminist Studies, or a related interdisciplinary field).”
