“The area of specialization is open but candidates with a background in comparative ethnic studies are especially encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to candidates whose research and teaching complements or adds new areas to the existing curriculum, including through Native American Studies, indigenous studies, queer studies, and ethnographic approaches.”
