“Preference will be given to Americanists with expertise in Central American studies, subculture studies, queer theory, folklore, ecomusicology, applied ethnomusicology, and gender studies. Responsibilities entail teaching five courses throughout the academic year, focusing mainly on folk musics of the Americas, ecomusicology and environmental justice, music and global subcultures, music as language, and other relevant courses.” Note: 2/3 or 3/2 load.
