Seeking “applicants for a visiting assistant professor of African American History who are well grounded in the epistemologies and ontologies of the Black experience.  We invite candidates who study any time period of U.S. history, and whose work uses regional, hemispheric, and/or transnational geographic frameworks.” “Ph.D.s and ABDs in the discipline of History will be considered.  We also encourage Ph.D.s and ABDs in Ethnic Studies, Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies, American Studies, and other related interdisciplinary fields to apply.” Note: 2/3 load.
