“We are seeking scholars of ethnomusicology who center ethnographic methods, have a deep knowledge of the discipline of ethnomusicology, and demonstrate significant theoretical and methodological contributions. Geographical areas of specialization are open. We especially encourage those with an expertise on one or more of the following three areas of inquiry to apply: 1) Afro-diasporic cultures, 2) gender and sexuality, and 3) indigeneity studies.”
