“An ideal candidate’s teaching and research will demonstrate awareness of media technologies (including but not limited to digital media) with a critical approach to examining ethical, political, and governmental influences on power and justice in the mediated realm.” “We seek a teacher-scholar whose background prepares them to offer a range of courses which may include Media Structures, Media Ethics, Media Theory, Racialized Perspectives on the Media, Mediating Gender and Sexuality, and Communication Law as well as other similar courses that align with the candidate’s expertise.”
