“We especially invite scholars working on the United States and the Americas, in any period, deploying transregional, international, comparative, and/or global perspectives and methods. We are particularly interested in scholars with a demonstrated record of teaching who can contribute to the department’s thematic areas of focus in Africana Studies; gender, sexuality, and women’s studies; and/or histories of science, technology, and medicine.” Note: job responsibilities include “[t]eaching 6 courses and 2 capstone inquiry seminars in History and International and Global Studies.”
