“We seek a faculty member with a proven track record of research and teaching that engages with computational analysis, artificial intelligence digital media and other rapidly evolving tech advances, with expertise in applying these technologies to research questions in American literature and culture. Preference will be given to applicants with additional expertise in feminist studies. By also framing this as a hire in feminist studies, we seek to build on a departmental strength in women’s writing and gender and sexuality studies while taking it in a new direction.”
