“We especially welcome applications from candidates whose study of literatures, cultures, and rhetorics is intersectional and interdisciplinary, with areas of specialization that include—but are not limited to—Afro-Latinidad, Critical Latinx Indigeneities, Latinidad/Chicanidad and Digital Humanities, and Latinidad/Chicanidad and Environmental Humanities. Within these areas, we are particularly interested in work that attends to questions of race, gender and sexuality, feminism, class, labor theory, politics, migration, (de)coloniality, settler colonialism, border theory, and performance.”
