“Specific courses that this person could teach include, but are not limited to, The California Experience, American Social History, The Multiracial History of America, and Native American History. The successful candidate will have an active research agenda that focuses on Indigenous epistemologies and methodologies. Candidates whose work focuses on Native American histories are encouraged to apply. Areas of expertise may include cultural and/or political sovereignty, gender, oral traditions, public memory and preservation, and community histories.”
