“The successful candidate should demonstrate research and teaching expertise in United States History and should be prepared to teach U.S. Survey, Black American History, Historical Methods, and other courses within their area of expertise. Preference will be given to candidates with the additional ability to develop courses in Native American History, Latin American History, Constitutional History, Women’s and Gender Studies, and/or Digital Humanities.”
