“Candidates must be committed to teaching and research related to Latin American philosophy, philosophy of law, social/political philosophy, African American philosophy, non-western philosophy, OR history of western philosophy.” “Area of Competence (AOC): We have critical teaching needs in Philosophy of Law, Philosophy of Rights, and Social and Political Philosophy. We have additional needs, although less critical, in teaching Reasoning and Standardized Test-Taking (Law School Admissions Test [LSAT] Preparation), Philosophies of Asia, Africa and Native America, African-American Philosophy, Latin American Philosophy, and LGBTQ Rights and Issues.”
