“The Department seeks candidates who have expertise in Latin literature and are enthusiastic about sharing it with liberal arts college students. We are looking for candidates who are invested in language pedagogy, who can teach both Latin and Greek at all levels, who possess a willingness to experiment and grow as a teacher, and who are committed to inclusive teaching. A genuine interest in teaching across disciplinary lines (courses that would contribute to such programs as environmental studies, digital studies, or gender and sexuality studies) will also be welcomed.”
