“While the area of concentration is open, we have preference for scholars who examine empirical questions of diversity, inequality, inclusion, race/ethnicity, and/or gender. The successful candidate must have strong research skills and a theoretically oriented research agenda that will lead to publication in peer-reviewed outlets (journals and/or books). Strong quantitative methods skills are a plus.”
