Subfield: Medical Anthropology. “Candidates will demonstrate collaborative research interests emphasizing the intersection between medical anthropology and Latinx/Latin American studies.” “Successful applicants will have a strong background in cultural anthropology and ethnographic methods. Research foci may include, but is not limited to, public health, ethnomedicine, environmental health, mental health, violence and trauma, gender and sexuality, biotechnologies, globalization of disease, policy, among many.”
