“The successful candidate must be committed to teaching undergraduate courses such as Human Growth & Development, Black Psychology, Social Psychology, Junior/Senior Research Seminars, and in courses within their area of specialization/interest.” “Qualified candidates must have an earned doctorate in Psychology in the following specialties from an accredited university/program: Developmental, Social Psychology, Neuropsychology, Cultural Psychology, and/or Cognitive Psychology. Applicants should demonstrate an expertise and proficiency in issues related to the psychological and cultural impact of identity politics; particularly related to Black males; Black masculinity; Black romantic relationship dynamics; and/or the psycho-emotional-cultural implications of police brutality on Black males.”
