“The successful candidate will be able to teach lower division courses in writing and introductory literature, and upper division courses in African-American literature, in addition to courses that fulfill the requirements of the Common Course of Study. We are particularly interested in candidates with secondary strengths, such as critical race theory, queer and/or feminist theory, and literatures of the African diaspora.”
