“The appointment may concentrate on any political science subfield of American politics, with a particular interest in scholarship that explores how race and racism shapes the way(s) in which the Latino/a/x community engages in the political process and/or institutions. All methodological and theoretical approaches are welcome, including ones that feature interdisciplinarity and intersectionality in exploring substantive topics on migration, citizenship, gender, human rights, and social movements.”
