“The successful applicant will serve as a generalist, frequently teaching composition courses and introductions to literature, but the department welcomes candidates who can further our ongoing work in Diversity Studies, Human Rights and Social Justice Studies, and Gender and Sexuality Studies. In addition, the department will benefit from expertise in Postcolonial Literature including African and Afro-diasporic, Indigenous, Asian, and Arabic literatures.”
