Inviting “applicants who take an intersectional approach to conducting theoretically driven, empirical research for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position of human rights and environmental justice in Latin America and/or the Caribbean. We are particularly interested in considering applications from candidates whose research and teaching focus is on Indigenous or Afro-descendant populations, incorporating a broad range of methods.” “We encourage candidates to apply whose research and teaching interests include such fields as Indigenous studies, Afro-diasporic studies, environmental racism, ecological economics, law and governance, social conflict, conflict mediation, gender, education, political ecology, environmental conservation, sustainability, grassroots organizing, civil society, art and culture, institutional politics, or media studies.”
