Description:
“We are interested in social and political historians whose scholarship engages questions of work, inequality, the economy, or political and working-class cultures. We define labor history very broadly, including both free and unfree forms of labor as well workers’ experiences in their jobs, organizations, and/or communities, or how their labor intersects with questions of citizenship, class, race/ethnicity, indigeneity, disability, and gender and sexuality, among other possible areas of inquiry. Some background in comparative non-US history is a plus but is not necessary.” Subject areas in posting: Humanities and Social Sciences / History, Political Science, Race, Ethnicity, Class, Gender, Sexuality, and Transnational Studies.
