“We seek a developmental scientist whose program of research explores the early development of attitudes and beliefs about marginalized groups within the context of social justice. Examples of such programs may include (but are not limited to): development of racist attitudes and beliefs, development of concepts underlying fairness and social justice, development of intergroup relations, examining the systemic context of the development of attitudes and beliefs towards minoritized groups, and/or understanding the impact of intersectionality on the development of attitudes and beliefs about minoritized groups.”
