“We are particularly interested in candidates whose expertise is in the psychological study of underrepresented groups and diverse perspectives and experiences of these groups (including, but not limited to BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities). The area of specialization is open, and could include basic or applied work on racial, biracial, multicultural identities; cultural differences in development, emotion, thinking, personality, or social behavior; and bias in clinical or counseling psychology.”
