Part of cluster higher within the following themes: “Borders and Social Justice, Technology and the Human Experience, and Climate Change and Environmental Justice.” Inviting “applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of French, with a research or teaching focus on Arabic Studies, North African, and/or Middle Eastern Studies.” “We are especially interested in scholars with expertise in medieval and/or early modern French literature and culture [and] who can collaborate across academic departments and interdisciplinary programs at USD, such as Medieval and Renaissance Studies, Interdisciplinary Humanities, Africana Studies, and Women’s and Gender Studies.”
